The wait time in the lab to have blood drawn was extremely long. It seems they were understaffed. The technicians were doing their best and very pleasant under the circumstances.

Dr. Jorgenson is very professional. She also listened to all my concerns and answered my questions.

My provider made me feel comfortable about discussing present health issues.

Dr. Jorgenson is a good doctor she listens & answers medical questions with great explanations & examples. I did not make a mistake in choosing her as my PCP.

Provider is awesome, did not have to wait long at all. However waited 2 hours for blood to be drawn. You need a better system and more techs for that department.

All went well and as I figured it would go... I'm pleased with my experience!!!
