The Provider make it very comfortable for my Teenager

Our experience with the actual provider was excellent. However, the man working the valet station that day was BEYOND rude. He got upset with us for using valet at 3:50 because they closed at 4:30. When we came back down to get the key he didn't even stop to put the key in my husbands hand. He basically threw it at him as he was walking and shook his head repeatedly at us. Unbelievable behavior from someone working at the entrance of a CHILDRENS HOSPITAL.

The professionals are respectful, and it is an exceptional place.

I don't see why I needed to sign in at the main desk for an id and then go upstairs to give my id and insurance information again. Was a waste of time and the line could have been shortened if the office did their own check in policy.

Dr. Naran and staff are thorough, kind, direct and knowledgeable.

Dr. Sanjay Naran is fantastic! He is efficient with his time/appointments, but also willing to answer any/all questions that I have. He is also very calm/confident and so great with my son. I highly recommend him! And he does beautiful work!
