Good, quick appointment, computers were down

I felt that listening to the provider was just a repeat of what the other staff member initially assessed with my son. She did the measurements, felt his head (soft spot, etc .) and explained what she was doing and if he met the criteria to have PT and/or wear a helmet. When he entered the room he pretty much reiterated what she told me 10 minutes prior.

Post care instructions were vague. My child experienced a lot more pain than was indicated.

Dr. Naran is very knowledgeable and confident. We left the visit content knowing our child is in the best care. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one. I am so happy he is part of our child's care team

Dr. Naran was exceptional during our first visit. He has an amazing bedside manner and took the time to explain everything to me and my daughter who was bitten by our family dog. From the first visit to the last, he made me feel at ease.

Our last two visits have been less than mediocre. There was a lack of empathy considering this was child. Neither the PA or the MD cared that my child was upset during the procedure that took place. Care seemed very rough and almost like we were an annoyance. The previous visit felt the same. Prior to these visits the bedside manner was better. I am unsure what has changed. The skill of the MD is not under question but for a pediatric MD I would expect compassion and willingness to spend time answering questions. Once the procedure was complete he immediately left the room.
