The only issue I had was with making the appointment and only being told that it was 'on the 3rd floor', and no mention of the fact that I was showing up at a giant hospital with no direction of where to park, what door to use, etc. It was very stressful.

I was so impressed with how quickly we were able to be seen. We were sent from pediatric plastic surgery to pediatric neurosurgery and had an ultrasound done all within 2 hours. It was nice to get everything done right away and not have to make an appointment and come back

The wait times need to be addressed. We understand patients appointments may run over but an estimated wait time should be communicated to ensure people are not sitting around waiting. It took over 40 minutes to actually see the doctor
