I enjoy visiting with Dr. Cardelli. She's easy to talk to, which isn't always easy when discussing health issues. But, she has a professional demeanor and listens.

The only problem I had was the long wait in the exam room at almost an hour. It gets uncomfortable sitting on the table for that long of a period.

As Aurora is a member of the industrial health complex, I disagreed with ALL the protocols mandated by Corporate for Covid. It turns out they were all wrong in terms of early treatment. If I were in search of a doctor today, I would definitely not select Aurora. That being said. Dr Cardelli is great. She is the only reason I use Aurora.

I understand the use of the scribe but it doesn't make for a private visit.

First time in this office and I was very impressed with the staff as well as the facility itself. Well done Aurora.

Dr. Cardelli and her staff could not have been nicer, they were very friendly and easy to talk to, I had an amazing experience with them, it's so nice to know that there are still health care providers that care about you as a person and not a number!

It was a positive experience from a Dr and team who care about their patients.
