Dr. Cardelli is always very welcoming and pleasant! She puts me at ease and makes it easy to say what is on my mind !

Dr. Cardelli is very intelligent. She drew a diagram of my diverticulitis, and what it would look like if pouch burst. That was helpful. And I learned from her that she would consider surgery if I had 3 bouts a year. That was helpful, and lessened my anxiety. Dr. C. Is very king to me and helpful. Thank you Aurora for helping me a lot over last 4 years!!

Caring and helpful

I waited about 45 minutes for the dr. She had some a few things for me to work .

It was really hot in the room and I was sweating. I called and asked if I needed to fast for my appointment and was told no. I was very surprised when they walked me over to do a blood draw immediately after my visit. I am dissapointed that my labs may be inaccurate due to not fasting. Everyone was friendly enough but I am not sure it is the right fit for me.

The medical assistant was also great. She listened to my concerns. She also gave me my pneumonia booster and I did not have any injection site pain. She was wonderful. Later on that day and next day no arm pain, soreness.
