My first visit with Dr. Cardelli. I'm extremely pleased with her being my primary care physician.

I realize Dr. Cardelli is a great provider as I come from distance to see her but it was difficult to schedule a timely follow up from (even requested call list for cancellation) initial urgent care visit.

The entire staff was pleasant and apologetic for the delay at my appointment. I had to wait nearly an hour after my appointment time as they didn't have any rooms available. My medicare wellness check was very thorough and Dr Cardelli explained everything very well so that I could make I formed decisions about my healthcare.

Dr. Cardelli and her staff have always been most helpful in caring for my health needs, and in encouraging me to maintain good health. She is efficient yet always provides enough time for my questions, as I usually go in with a list. I am grateful for her concern, help and care.

Scheduling an appointment was difficult. The scheduler was not efficient. I was on my lunch hour with 30 minutes to schedule which took 15 minutes and still was not given a time to do labs. He asked if I could call back and I said I wanted him to call me back to which he said okay. He never called back. A similar situation happened earlier when I asked the nurse to call back about an issue and never received a call back. I ended up in the emergency room that time, which was costly. I could have gone to urgent care instead. I discussed this with the nurse during recent my visit who informed me he was let go from employment. Nice man, but super inefficient. Looking forward to see if this improves, as it has never been an issue before the last two instances.

Dr. Cardelli is a doctor who takes interest in her patients. She very knowledgeable, caring and doesn't rush through her visits with you.

I've moved out of the area but continue to come back to see Dr Cardelli!!
