First time seen provider as prior provider left Aurora. I truly felt comfortable with prior provider and was hopeful would be able to establish transfer of care. I felt very comfortable with this change of provider and feel good about continuity of care at this vlinic

It was the first time going to the Neenah clinic , everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was very happy I chose DR CARDELLI, she seemed like the kind of doctor who could understand me and my needs.

The Doctor was through and attentive. She explained things clearly and recapped everything at the end of the visit.
I scheduled a video visit, the doctor never came onto the call. I just spoke to her nurse, waited the full 20 minutes and then the system disconnected. The office called me back, asking me to log into the visit again in 10 minutes as she was still in with a patient. I called back in, she never came on the line. I could not wait indefinitely as I was working and need to do my job, make money to pay for my dr. Bills. I had already taken my lunch time waiting for her to call. She doesn't have hours that work with my work schedule and I cannot take time off right now. This was a very frustrating experience. I wanted her to just call me, but she would not do that. Now I am waiting for refills and answers on abnormal lab results that I need. I sure hope I don't get charged for those two attempts where I did not even speak to her
