I truly appreciate Dr. Richmond's attitude and approach. During the office visit I didn't feel rushed or judged. And as a result I left feeling heard and informed. Dr. Richmond demonstrates traits I believe are critical for a doctor; approachable, helpful and friendly.

I receive online sign in emails, but ignore them because I've learned that during check-in they ask all the same questions anyway, so it is a waste of my time. Also wait times are unreasonable especially after getting messages to arrive 15 minutes early. Why should I arrive 15 minutes early to then wait 45 minutes before being called? This happened twice. The lack of respect for my time is frustrating to say the least. Also, while waiting it would be nice if I was informed about the estimated wait time instead of being ignored. Once I met with the doctor, my experience greatly improved.
Dr. Richmond saw me as a person and not a number, he was friendly and full of understanding for my reactions to medications and thoughtfully made suggestions for alternatives.
Dr.Richmond is a new Dr.for me He and his staff were very welcoming.
