Dr. Richmond had diagnosed my condition which led to critical surgery. I look forward to his incites as my cardiologist.

Since when does a patient have to schedule tests? It took me an hour and a half of being on hold and I then drove to good hope and scheduled my echo in person. Very poor customer service.
Dr Richmond was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would recommend him anytime.
Just started seeing Dr. Richmond so difficult to rate at this point. My only complaint thus far is the wait time. I did not see the doctor until 40 minutes after my appointment time which is not good.

I think he is very nice but didn't really answer or comment about anything I had for input as far as what to look for and how things feel
