I'm very happy with Dr Richmond and all his staff

I love when you walk in to Burlington Hospital there is someone right there to help direct you. No guessing in what you have to do or where to go. The receptionist in Cardiology was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Richmond. He listens, explain things so you can understand and answers all your questions. It's nice to feel like you are a real person with issues and not just "the next patient". He really cares. Thanks Dr Richmond! All in all, I'm very happy with Aurora at Burlington Hospital.

It's a very comfortable appointment. Dr Richmond is very knowledgeable answers all my questions and as a wonderful job of putting me at ease over sometimes a stressful question and answer.

Provider listens & does not rush you through the appointment. He always volunteered to be the writing provider for all our maintenance meds of blood pressure & heart pills.

Volunteer at the main entrance was very helpful along with the woman at the masking table. Offered their help and support.

Nice Dr. And his nurse. Gave me jnformation I did not have If I ever have Questions I was give. His medical card with number on it. I'd sure call if I needed to Burlington is very Lucky to have such a Doctor.
