I'm a hard of hearing person and Dr Soni was very accommodating and understanding during my visit. I explained where I was coming from and going to in terms of symptoms and solutions. She recommended a course of action that started simple and avoided action (surgery) that would at once be excessive but also confounding, while also avoiding complicating health factors following surgery(the rest of my life). I appreciated her calm and systematic approach to my situation, asking about the issue, performing her own assessment, and then informing me of options, and recommending (and me agreeing to) a course of treatment.

I had to see Dr. Soni because my ENT wanted me to see a Specialist. She was wonderful. She was very personable and professional. She used humor appropriately and she demonstrated a great deal of care and concern for me and my medical issue. I would highly recommend her and actually hope I get to see her again. I felt that she was incredibly knowledgeable about my condition and would help me recover, which is a good feeling to have after a doctor's appointment.
