It would be nice to have valet parking. The parking lot was very full. I am disabled and all the disabled parking spots were full.

Doctor was very helpful and friendly

I liked that she (Dr. Soni) seemed to care, she was patient, she took the time to let me speak too & we discussed the plan regarding how I should proceed.

Dr. Soni is calmly professional yet listening to my concerns, providing information about the procedure and letting me see the film of the inside of my throat; very cool. She didn't appear to rush me out of the office so that she could move on to the next person; not at all.

Dr. Soni explains things thoroughly and communicates goals and steps to get there. She answers all questions clearly and in a way that is easy to understand. My symptoms are improving without surgery.
