Dr Soni and her Team Members have been truly professional. She has been honest about my prognosis. Cautiously optimistic; which kept me focused on Dr Soni's medical recommendations for successful recovery. My wife attended all contacts with Dr Soni as an advocate for me. She was treated with respect and dignity. My wife has the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr Soni. My wife and I know we made the right decision putting my health and possibly life with Dr Soni in charge.
It was my first visit. The wait was not long, the staff was very helpful and the Dr. was professional and productive in my care needs. She was very pleasant too!
Dr. Soni was attentive, thorough and kind. I had just met her and she made a point to say my name multiple times. She also asked many questions and seemed to genuinely care.

The appointment was overbooked. start my appointment at 10 AM I didn't see the doctor until 11 which it would have been nice to told just a running behind I to go to the check in area to find out why it was taking so long. It would have been a nice courtesy to let me know.
