I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment in hopes I could get in earlier. Didn't have time to stay to do my lab work. Had to make another trip to the clinic for blood work.
I will always stay with Dr. Jahnke but I REALLY don't like the way Aurora does scheduling.
I thought everything went well. I left happy and satisfied.
Dr Jahnke ALWAYS takes time to listen to me and my health concerns.

Was told this doctor runs late all the time. Nurse told me I could get 2 shots, but Dr. said go to a pharmacy. Wondering how next visit will be, since this was my first.
First visit with provider. Very thorough in going over my medical history and addressing concerns.
She runs late but I always feel she gives me the proper time. She never makes me feel rushed for her to catch up. She is great
