I have ALWAYS had excellent care from my Aurora physicians!!!! Hartford hospital - when I had my last colonoscopy- treated me like a Queen!! Wonderful care givers. Absolutely NO complaints. I barely got settled the waiting room area when I was called in to see Dr Jahnke this week. Her care is always THE best! Thank you for all your care!!

Dr. Jahnke is one of a kind. She the best doc I've ever had.

I'm so glad I chose to switch my care to Dr Jahnke! She really listens and shows genuine concern for my health. She's easy to talk to as well. Her nurses are friendly too which is a nice bonus! I appreciate the time taken to get appointments scheduled after my visit while still in the exam room. I don't have to worry about forgetting to do it myself later.

I am very disappointed in your clinic. My doctor is great but your clinic needs work. I require a wheelchair when I get to the clinic. This is the 3rd time I have come and there have been no adult wheelchairs available. There was 4 pediatric wheelchairs and 2 wheelchairs that would accommodate a small shorter adult. I had to use one of those. I am 6'1" and 250#s. I was crammed into the chair and the foot rests were so short that my knees when totally bent up. This made my visit extremely uncomfortable. I have used larger wheelchairs at this clinic before so I know you have them. The one time I requested a larger chair they brought up a bariatic chair from down stairs that was so wide it wouldn't fit though the doors. In case you hadn't noticed most people that require wheelchairs are not 140#s anymore and short and I don't know how many pediatric cases you have that you require 4 chairs by the entrance. You really need to do better. I never have a problem at the Hartford or Slinger clinics getting a chair. I'd go there but Dr. Jahnke doesn't have an office there. Do better!!

It's great to have Dr Jahnke who cares so much!...... and will do all that she can to keep me healthy! I am thankful!!!
