Meeting was rushed, and no real explanation of why it took three whole days before someone got back to me. Also there were no orders for bloodwork when I arrived at the clinic at 7:30 am 3 days before my appointment. Dr. too overworked ???
Dr. Jahnke and her staff are wonderful, caring people. I have always felt valued and listened to. My experience with them is great. I do have a complaint about the call service. It used to be that when I called, I would get the front desk of the office and be able to schedule an appointment or leave a message. Now, I am connected with someone from I don't know where and never know if the message gets to where it is supposed to. I do like the Live Well services very much.
Dr Jahnke took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I believe she always puts patients first and she has my complete trust. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and competent.
