LiveWell website is a bit confusing as I couldn't seem to get past the payment screen to finish my pre-visit check in. Thus, the receptionist had to complete it while I was checking in, which was annoying. Medical insurance companies have stated that you should never prepay for medical treatment (except for maybe a copay, which I don't have). The provider should bill all applicable insurance first. The continued screens requesting payment for services that had not even been rendered yet were off putting.
Couldn't ask for a better Dr. She talks right at you and not her computer. She is the best. Really easy to talk to. She doesn't look down on a person. She is a 10+ in my books.
