I called and wanted to make a pre-surgery appointment 2 weeks ahead of my operation and was told the only appt. she had was the day before the procedure. Isn't it your practice to leave a few times open each day? What if I had needed a sick visit? This cut the time for Labs. and an EKG very close and caused me to worry that my surgery would be canceled. My EKG was not going to be read in time. Thank Goodness Dr. Zimmerman got everything over in time and sent me with a copy of the EKG for the Anesthesiologist. She was so helpful.

My care provider was very attentive to me during my visit. She made sure that I didn't leave without any questions or concerns addressed.
