Dr Zimmermann had true concern for me.. I am overdue for all of my wellness updates which does not reflect on Dr Zimmermann at all.. my medical neglect is nobody's fault but my own. I am hoping with her help., which I need alot., I will be ok
Maybe she was having an off day, although my appt. was early am. She came in with a Medical Student. No introductions were made & Med Student yawning & clearly disinterested in being there. Touched on a couple items in my chart & asked me how's that going? On the good side, she's very efficient at answering texts for Rx's, questions. She doesn't order unnecessary tests which I like.
Dr. Zimmermann was attentive and took my preferences into consideration when designing my course of treatment.

Everyone was patient with repeating what they said to me until I heard and understood.
Dr. Rebecca is very nice. She knows my medical history well. She take time to explain things to make sure I understand. She take time to listen to me. She cares. All nurse staff were wonderful. They make sure to look at me while talking me. Im hearing impaired. Help me to understand things. Great job everyone!!!!
The staff was kind and courteous.
Dr. Zimmerman is always thorough and asks questions. I feel heard by her which is so important!
