Doctor and all the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

It was not Dr. Trivedi's fault for being late. An elderly patient was running late and he had to accomodate that person.

He is the best doctor anyone would be lucky enough to have. He really cares. For his people. We all love him

The change Aurora made to call centers to schedule appointments was a huge negative move. When I called in I was on hold for several minutes. I was then scheduled at a different/wrong facility for labs, probably due to your background analytics. As for using your app, you can't schedule labs and the navigation is not easy. You need to make it easier. Hopefully your management team will realize this was a bid mistake. Scheduling at Froedtert&MCW is way easier and you speak with someone at the facility that I call. Please revert back to your old method. Please don't use staffing shortages as an excuse, I have seen opportunities for staff to do more in your clinics and hospitals. I've been in your ED and on floors of hospitals recently and the call lights and chimes are going off and the staff is talking about personal stuff or joking around. Seems like patient care are concerns of patients has declined significantly in your system. Thank you
