Staff was amazing.

I received excellent care from my provider, who explained procedures clearly. Feeling comfortable and safe is extremely important to me. I'm confident and trust that I am in good hands.

I enjoyed everyone we encountered during our appointment. From the desks to the lab, to the nurses, and the doctor.

I have been cancelled on the day prior after I called 4 weeks ahead to book an appointment. I am at my appointment 10-15 mins early only to be seen 20 mins after my scheduled appointment. No children allowed is very difficult for me. How am I supposed to come after without my new born? Some of the rules at the practice do not make sense to run efficiently. Blood work has to be done elsewhere. The ultra sound techs in oak lawn are not the nicest when you ask them not to push so hard.

This is my first pregnancy and first experience with any OB. Dr. Upputuri was very approachable and made the visit very comfortable. He was thorough with answering questions and made sure I didn't have further questions before we left. Happy to have a genuinely caring doctor on my healthcare team.
