If a provider is running behind, the provider should let the patient know. Especially if its over an hour. We are respectful on the providers time by not coming in late, we should be treated the same.

Dr Upputuri and staff were outstanding! It was my first visit and I felt very welcomed from the initial encounter with his MA to the end of my procedure. He has a warm and confident personality with great bedside manner. He obtained a thorough history and even corrected an error in my medical history ! He discussed treatment options with me including the pros and cons of each. He provided care above and beyond what I expected on a first visit! I am very happy with my care team!
