Dr. Jacks. Dr. Jackson exhibits a high level of professionalism and diligently works to create a personal rapport with her patients. While I encountered some challenges in scheduling my mammogram diagnostics, I am overall very satisfied with the quality of service she provides.

My provider is always professional and courteous and listens to my concerns. She is very well versed in my care plan and future health goals and always finds the best solution that works best for me health wise.

In the beginning of appointment, provider didn't present much awareness and preparation of my purpose in visiting. It was a bit off putting. A mention of "not having to be seen after speaking with X specialist" bothered me because I still wanted and had questions for my PCP outside of seeing them. Once I expressed that, the provider was understanding and showed interest in my visit. It was reassuring. I was able to get the proper answers and care I need by the time my visit was over. I followed up with more concerns about my health via the portal message and a quick thorough response was provided. Overall, I felt satisfied about my experience with this care provider.

Provider Q.Jackson is the best! I always feel safe and cared for as a black woman. She listens carefully and explains things in a way I can understand. I never feel embarrassed or uncared for. She is top tier.
