Not having enough receptionist working to handle all the patients trying to check in for their appointments or trying to schedule appointments.
Nurse practitioner Jackson was rude and not welcoming. I made an appointment to decide if I wanted her as a new provider and was very disappointed. Even though I told nurse practitioner Jackson I had just recently changed insurance she did not try to assist in making sure I got connected with all the doctors I needed for my medical needs. I was told I was asking for too many referrals when I asked for my 3rd referral. I have never been told I am asking for too much at a doctor appointment I'm paying for. Already you have to wait for an appointment but then when I come and my needs are not met and the provider is rude makes me rethink being a part of advocate.
Quiana ia a great provider and I am glad that I found her.
