My care provider is the best for me and my medical health needs...
I'm not sure this is the fault of Quiana Jackson or the operations of the facility. They did not have my information and it delayed my visit in addition to me having to return home to get my paperwork that they should have received from my surgeon's office. Why is the medical facilities using fax machine and not loading information to My Chart? Very frustrating visit.
