ENT insisted at first that I undergo an audiology exam, I explained as a doctor zi knew the problem was built up cerumen and I did not have time for an audiology exam. They understood-I was in and out in about 15 minutes!

The ENT physician was absolutely fabulous as well as the staff. Examination and history referral I was satisfied with the explanation and the plan of treatment

Dr. Lambert and staff were very kind and personable. He was easy to talk to and the staff were very friendly. Dr. Lambert listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed.

I was seen in a timely manner once I arrived. The nurse who checked me in was very thorough and good listener. Dr. was knowledgeable and exam went well.

Dr. Lambert and his nurses were amazing at all my pre and post op appointments! Dr. Lambert helped my family and I understand what was going on medically and provided answers to all our questions and concerns. The day of surgery my pre op nurses were all very kind and eased my anxiety. The anesthesiologist was the best. He helped me calm down, talked me through everything, he was great. I was very happy with my experience!!

I love the fact that he is consulting other people in my health care providers before giving me a prognosis.

The nurse was very helpful with a light head problem that I had.

This was a very pleasant and convenient experience. Very nice for sick kids and needing to squeeze appointments in while trying to juggle sick days, working and living rurally. I hope this continues to be an option for Advocate Aurora patients.
