This was my first visit at this Dr.'s office. They listened carefully to my problem, did some test & checking of vital information. The Dr not only explained what my problem was caused from, but he gave me additional reading material to better understand.

ENT insisted at first that I undergo an audiology exam, I explained as a doctor zi knew the problem was built up cerumen and I did not have time for an audiology exam. They understood-I was in and out in about 15 minutes!

Dr. Lambert and his nurses were amazing at all my pre and post op appointments! Dr. Lambert helped my family and I understand what was going on medically and provided answers to all our questions and concerns. The day of surgery my pre op nurses were all very kind and eased my anxiety. The anesthesiologist was the best. He helped me calm down, talked me through everything, he was great. I was very happy with my experience!!
