Listened carefully and diagnosed issue and provided prognosis. Only time will tell but at this point there is no more expected of provider.
When I told him about the lump below my ear, he seemed rather disinterested, and didn't pursue or question those issues any further, when there was clearly something wrong there.

He was able to give me a rapid condition assessment and necessary follow on actions. He clearly answered all my questions.
Lacks a caring bedside manner
I explained my problem, they referred back to what a different doctors diagnosis was. I explained what had given me some relief in the past 2 weeks and the doctor referred me to a different ENT to proceed with what a past Dr. "Thought". If that had worked for me years ago, I wouldn't be trying to relieve more help. I dont make an appt with a dr only to be quickly dismissed and referred away.
He was very nice and seemed to care. I liked him
The provider was clear about his findings and where to proceed from here. Options were also given if things do not improve and they would be available if needed, and how to contact if further assistance is needed.

The doctor and MA were both very nice and professional. They answered my questions.
