Seemed very knowledgeable and did procedure (scope into my throat) with confidence and caused no pain. Let me see what the camera saw. Also liked how he cleaned out my ear also causing no pain. Now if my chronic nagging cough clears with rx he prescribed I will be a very very happy camper.
