It took about 6 weeks to actually get an appointment.
If I need an ENT Dr. again it will be Dr. Lambert! Nurse was also very attentive. A satisfying experience.

It seems kind of dumb to fill out a personal medical history, since all my doctors are at Aurora Summit, and all they have to do is pull my name up on the computer and they would have all the info they need. Also it seems kind of dumb to do this since all we were to have done is take wax out of our ears.
I showed up a few minutes late and they were still able to accommodate my two appointments. I really appreciate this as my job changed since I had made the initial appointment. The staff was friendly, but also got me through efficiently.

He said that he had no other method to recommend! I am battling a nasty sinus infection that has lasted over 8 months. I feel sad worried and incredulous that there is no other thing he can prescribe to end this miserable debilitating sinus infection. If he can't help me I want a good 2nd opinion!!
