Dr Paul Lambert and his nurse was awesome. Very professional and patient with me. Both listened to my concerns and provided me with detailed information at a level that I understood. I drove an hour just to see Dr Lambert and it was very well worth it. I was previously seeing an Auora ENT in Muskego and she was horrible. I won't recommend her to anyone.
The nurse brought in 2 other nurses to observe my procedure. As a health care worker myself, I really like this. It shows that Aurora cares about their employees, their learning and knowledge. It shows the kindness of the employees as well. Thank you.
