Great experience

Good doctor, just a little unhappy that he wouldn't see me for being 5 mins late for a 30 min appt (and I explained that I had to wait to check in). Gave me some helpful information about 10 other ENTs didn't. Seemed very knowledgeable about my very abnormal nose and is willing to perform a procedure on it in spite of the complexities.

It was very good and I'll be returning every 4 months for ear cleaning.

Thanks to the doctor and nurse for being patient with people who don't speak their language perfectly. Thank you.
