Dr Merlo is always so thorough going over my lab results and always answers all my many questions and puts me at ease. Very thankful to have her for my doctor.
This was a good experience. The doctor is terrific. I did have 1 problem. When my test orders were printed one was missed. I wanted it emailed to me but was told no. You could email this using an encryption code like banks use.
I love Dr. Merlo. She is very reassuring . She lowers my level of concern regarding medical information she shares with me. I also love the staff that works in this office. She is my primary care physician. The best ever! She has a sense of humor. So does staff.
Dr Merlo is the best doctor I have ever had. I highly recommended her to my friends, several changed to her practice. She is professional, kind, and patient. I never have to wait long in her office waiting room. She never seems rushed while seeing you, full attention to your concerns . Once I made another appointment because there was something that needed to be addressed, not an emergency, that came up during the regular health exam. Great staff also. She also was able to fit me in me when I did need surgery. I know the importance of seeing the same doctor regularly. During the start of Covid I flew home from Hawaii and developed trouble breathing and had a sharp pain in the chest, I saw a different doctor from the practice and he said my oxygen was 98 and fine and I just had a pulled muscle. I finally stood up and said, "I am old and fat, but I know when I'm having trouble breathing and this sharp pain in my chest is NOT a pulled muscle" He finally ordered a blood test and xray. The next morning I was having great trouble breathing and called the office again to try and get a different scan. He told me he was just going to call me and to go to the emergency room. I had double pulmonary embolisms and suddenly I could hardly make it down the hall. Dr Merlo would have believed me, knowing me, and had made sure she followed up immediately with the tests.

I was pleased that I was able to see the doctor the day I called with an infection that needed treatment.
I have been going to Dr. Merlo for years and up until yesterday have been pleased . I felt like I did not get any answers yesterday and therefore I felt like yesterday's visit was a waste of time.

Dr Merlo is new to me and I was extremely impressed with her approach. She was very thorough and went over all my tests with me. I am very satisfied with choosing her.
