Professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding my medical condition. I feel comfortable and is given the time to ask questions and receive an answer that I can understand.
This provider is an orthopedic surgeon and I only came to him with an orthopedic issue, so talking about past medical issues, etc was not necessary. He knew my medical history, and I was very satisfied with my visit.
I have seen a primary care provider, an urgent care doctor and an orthopedic doctor for my knee, and in those 3 weeks i know nothing more than i did on day one. I was also sent to physical theropy before anyone even know what is going on with my knee. How can I do physical theropy if none of the 3 doctors i have seen know what is wrong with me. Its just seems to be all about the money to this medical group. Sad. I feel i have spend alot of deductible money seeing people that do not have any answers. I seem to now be waiting for an MRI which is 2 weeks away, in the meantime i can not sleep well or do anything as the pain continues and I know nothing in 3 weeks. I find that frustrating the way your process is.

After I left, I realized I had more questions but wasn't quite sure how to ask him. Didn't know if I should send a message or make another appointment. I would have liked him to explain a little bit more about exactly what will be happening with the surgery.
