Dr Darr is great
The doctor seems to be in rush and doesn't provide detailed information about the injury or the MRI results. He only wrote a script for crutches and only tip toe weight bearing for 5 weeks. No brace to support my knee during healing. The hospital pharmacy sold me crutches with no direction. Thankfully the next day PT was able to properly align the crutches for me. However, this was after a day of using the crutches misaligned. This has caused extreme pain and soreness for me in my upper body. This is in addition to the knee pain, which is why I came to doctor in the first place. I think it is outrageous that an orthopedic department in a hospital does have crutches to provide patients, nor do they ensure proper alignment to avoid further injury. Absolutely unacceptable!
