I have been a patient if Dr Kohli in the past and love his persona and the fact he cares about his patients and provide exceptional care and service. I am happy to have him back as my care provider.

I could not hear the med. technician who first took my information. She was wearing a mask which, of course, makes vocalizing more difficult. Even after I told her I was hard of hearing and needed her to speak louder, I still needed to say "What?" and "Could you repeat that?" She needs a reminder from someone other than me that many older folks simply need her voice to be louder. The doctor in this case worked very fast. He diagnosed what he thought was the problem, gave a cortisone shot, repeated his instructions and then was out of there in what seemed like 5 minutes. I felt rushed and would liked to have had a few more minutes of his time.
