I made my appointment over a month ago. I feel that the office should have had all my paperwork and MRI results in front of them before I even walked into the building. I sat for 45 minutes before the Doctor came in and told me they were working on getting my scans. If I had to bring them myself I should have known that when I did the pre-checkin!! So I paid a $50 copay for the Doctor to read my results which I could have done myself! Unacceptable!

I felt like I walked away from the appt. with nothing more than "live with it". He didn't even look closely or feel my problem knee. It was a waste of my time, copay & gas to drive an hour to the appt. He offered me solutions that had already been done before & didn't help. Very disappointing.
