I very much appreciated the thoroughness the Doctor Delak provided for me. The office was very kind as this was my second visit and I went to Burlington forgetting that I could go closer to home to his other office and they scheduled me that afternoon to return. Appreciate his care and experise.
Dr. Lebak is very thorough
I was not informed on my last visit that I had a closing window of time in which to get the build-up phase of allergy shots. I was only told that it would be inconvenient to maintain the allergy shots once I was at college. I would have decided to do them sooner if I had known more.
Dr. Lebak listens to me and explains things very well.
Dr. LeBak and staff were very respectful, informative and patient- making sure my concerns were answered.
I was frustrated to have had to wait for over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. Attempted to call and reschedule and was on hold for over twenty minutes with scheduling. It is very difficult to reach the clinic and ridiculous to run 45 minutes late to someone's appointment as I was almost late to work because of this delay
