I understand that sometimes doctors appointments run long and sometimes there are delays. Aurora has been really pretty much on time within about 10 or 15 minutes. These things happen.
Receptionist was more interested in her cell phone than her job. Gave me a clip board with questionnaire with no verbal interaction. Person that took me to the room was cheerful until I told her my concern that my test results weren't on LiveWell. Then was short with me and insisted they were. LiveWell is not very user friendly. Too many tabs.
Very good doctor
Dr Lebak listened carefully, asked pertinent questions, and offered valuable information. He is very good with elderly patients. I value his opinion and his care and I highly recommend him to others.
It was my first time to see Dr Lebak. Great guy and had a wonderful expert. I think he provided a clear path forward. I'm excited about continuing under his care
