He's a good thoughtful doctor

I had a great experience with everyone except the receptionist behind the counter taking our appts. For the second visit in a row she tersely contradicted what I was told by the nurses and/or Dr. I was told by the nurse we were able to make 6 weekly appts. When the receptionist made only 3 I asked if we could make 6 and she very sternly and arrogantly said no that isn't the way it works. The way she said it was very off putting and unnecessary. I think some additional training should be had with this individual as there was no reason to escalate things. This has been the second time in as many visits she has done this to me. The first time I was told something by the Dr. and the receptionist was adamantly denying what I was told. It was very unprofessional and she should be spoken to about this. Thank you.

Not about him but of the room I was in. With respect, the floor was dirty and there was flies on the floor, under shades on the window & on window sill! I was surprised because the cleanliness of Burlington was always top notch!! Please do what you can to rid of the issue..thank you!

Dr Lebak was very thorough and I like the fact that I learn something new during my visit. I like him as my allergist. I share some of his ideas with my family and friends.

We love that Dr. Lebak is always thinking forward and creating a plan for our son's allergies.

Dr. Lebak is a great doctor. He takes an interest in his patients. He is the type of physician that I grew up around. Caring, professional and very knowledgeable. Aurora is lucky to have him.
