Dr. Lebak is responsible for improving the quality of my life and most likely prolonged my life through the management of my allergies and asthma that I have struggled with for over 45 years. He is a true gentleman and runs his office as such.
Had an 8:15 appointment but the doctor was 20 minutes late

This doctor is an allergist.....he would not be the one to discuss injury prevention.
