The 900 W Nelson building entrance is closed and there was confusion about where to check in for my appointment. Also, as I sat and waited in the place for cancer center patients to wait, I had to wait for almost an hour because staff was trying to get used to logistics of new location which was just set up a week ago. I had to walk for 10 minutes to the lower level and had to be taken by a nurse because I had no idea where to go. I hope the arrangements become easier to navigate because by the time I am seen after walking for a while and waiting my blood pressure is too high. Thank you.
