Dr Remo is always kind, caring, and professional. She has always treated me with the utmost respect and always follows up with a phone call when pending results are in.

It's small, but appreciated that somehow everyone figured out how to say my weird last name. Less happily, 7a appointments are awful; let me get some coffee first.

My over all experience was good until I had to find my way out of that wing of the hospital. Just as I was escorted down to the Dr's office, I should've been escorted back up, that would've been helpful as well!
