Dr Remo is a caring and passionate about what she does. I felt heard and cared for. The best Dr Illinois Masonic has. You need more like her.
The doctor is kind and explains things clearly.
I arrived a little early and was seen right away. All of the nurses and the doctor were very kind. They treated me with care and compassion. I got a call the next day from Dr. Remo. She went over all the lab results thoroughly with me and put me at ease. Overall, the doctor and the nurses made me feel like they really cared about me. The entire experience was first rate. I would recommend Advocate Illinois Masonic hospital to anyone!

Providers are all amazing! Dr. Remo is great and both nurses who helped me during my appointments were amazing as well as all of the other nurses/staff I talked to, they were all so helpful and kind. My only complaint (which I'm sure you hear all the time) is that navigating the hospital is really difficult with all of the construction going on. The staff is all so understanding and helpful in navigating the hospital but I do get anxious when I have an appointment, afraid another entrance will be closed and I'll miss my appointment. Possibly the emails/texts we receive about appointments could include directions/instructions on where to enter and where to go upon entering. And maybe more clear signage could be added outside and inside of the hospital to help direct you where to go while the hospital is being renovated. I'm so grateful for how gracious the staff was in making my appointment as smooth as possible!
The administrative staff was not helpful nor courteous. I was left in the waiting room for more than 30min in order to check out once done with the provider. I was escorted to the providers office, but was not escorted or told how to exit the office, It took me more the 45 min total to exit the building after my appointment! There should be clear signs or an escort to show you how to exit the facility!
