It would be nice to be addressed formally by the doctors. They expect to be called doctor. I'd prefer to be referred to as Mr. or if known as a doctrate holder as Dr. as well.

They need to hire more help to have the visit run on time

I especially like Dr. Li's attention to detail.

This visit was longer than usual because results from a CT scan were delayed that department. There was a lengthy wait for Dr Li but this appears not to have been fault. This is not meant as a complaint but an observation.

Parking was terrible. I had to park at the back of the lot and witnessed employees parking up towards the front. Doctors and staff were wonderful
