I appreciate the wonderful staff and the care provided through Aurora hospital.

Mu Li was in Hematology and he did not explain goals as it didn't pertain to what I was seeing him for... He ordered labs so he couldn't tell me much until the blood test results come back

Dr. Li was very methodical in his approach to the appointment and provided information that helped me make decisions about the future that I understood and was comfortable with.

Dr. Li and staff are the very best!!

Would like to be able to call doctors office directly and not an answering service.

Dr. Li was great. He studied up on my history and we very informative! He's always so nice and personable.

elevator smelled like popcorn

I usually recheck online and have written on my calendar my appointment time and a few times, for sure this time, when I checked in the staff informed me my appt time and it was later than I had noted so I had to sit in the waiting area longer than anticipated for each of my 2 appts. I think they changed my appointment time but didn't notify me of any change. Another person who was a former employee was taken ahead of me at what was my appointed time.

I feel as though the entire team is behind me on my journey to restoring my health back to normal. Thank you, all!
