We learned today after 3 treatments ( 9 weeks of treatment) that it will be a total of 36 treatments. This should have been explained before the treatments started. Why not prepare the patient better? It was surprising and did not need to be such a shock. If he did tell us we missed it and we can't find it any of the written materials we have received.
