The phlebotomist refuse to use my last name, and snapped at me when I asked.

I had over a 2 hour wait to see the doctor. My appointment was for 4pm. I arrived at 3:50 and didn't get to the back until 5:50. I still waited about another 45 minutes before I saw the doctor.

I had to wait two and half hours after my time of appointment to see my doctor when I really didn't feel good

Very time consuming to go there after had an appointment and the lady who took out blood for blood works put a big red mark.

My experience so far has been great.
