I wish I had something good to say about my experience except the fact that Dr. Baig has been my physician for over 10 years. I am beyond dissatisfied with the amount of time that it takes to been seen by the doctor, even with a scheduled appointment. For this particular visit, my appointment was scheduled for 9:45am and I was still waiting at 11am. I left because of another appointment that I had to attend. I completely understand that things happen that will disrupt the day; however, I also believe in communication. If they are running late, let us know. As patients, we can then decide if we want to stay or reschedule.
It was a non stressful experience.
I've sent my friends to Dr. Baig. When I seen him the other day, and he was training a young Dr. that young doctor is so lucky to be learning from the best.
I waited 2 hours for a scheduled video visit I never received. I did get a phone call while he was driving that kept cutting out. Very hard to hear and provider didn't know or bother to look up any of my health history.
Keep up the good work.
My appt.was 10:30 I was prescreened by 11:00 and sat in room until 12:30
The wait time was longer than I expected.
As usual Dr Baig is always thorough and very caring about my personal history
Only doctor on duty in that department. Did not address fever, terrible headaches or discoloration in eyes with pain.
The computer was not working during our visit. He would dictate but the computer would not copy. He was frustrated and it ruin our visit. Also I came to talk about a nodule on my kidney found on a recent MRA. I was "labeled a Medicare wellness visit" This was a distraction. I believe ageism just because I am over seventy doesn't mean I need a cognitive evaluation.
