In general, I do not like that a phone call to the Wiselives (or any) Aurora practice goes to a central call center. It adds a great amount of time when sometimes you just need to speak to that particular clinic directly.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Crane as my primary care provider. She's patient and kind and listens carefully. I don't think I've ever had a better doctor.

This provider has been one of the very few that hasn't dropped the ball with my health, hasn't made me feel awkward or unwelcome , and she listens to what I am saying. I pray she doesn't leave for a while. It's hard finding a great Dr that you feel comfortable with.

Caring and compassionate

Michelle Crane AND the nurse assistant AND the front desk woman were all amazing! I was clearly told by everyone what they are doing or about to do and everything just went really smoothly. The whole gang just communicated everything really well! It was a great, non-stressful visit!

I have probably said this before, though, it bears repeating. Dr. Crane has an exceptional ability to "be present" and create a trusting rapport with her patients. She is highly intuitive. This in itself is healing. She is flexible and resourceful in offering options for working on treatment goals. She matches the options to the person, and revisits them later, if it takes awhile for a person to come around. Her patience pays off in the long run. She can challenge you, appropriately if needed, which fosters respect. I am immensely grateful for her kindness and expertise. She is a gift to Medicine.
